The intellectual property rights for the development and graphics used in this website belong wholly to Hoburne Ltd. The intellectual property rights of the images displayed belong to their respective competition entrants. Hoburne Limited will not be held responsible for any breach of copyright resulting from this website’s use.
Child Protection
Protection of children is our highest priority. Please read the house rules regarding use of children in your photographs. If we feel these have been broken we will reject any unsuitable pictures and may prevent persistent offenders from entering the competition.
Although it is possible to hide the competition entrants details, children with ‘protection’ concerns should not be allowed to enter the competition, and should not be the subject of any picture. Users enter the competition at their own risk. Hoburne Ltd will not be held responsible for any breach of identity with regard to this competition or the website.
Children under the age of 18 years entering the competition must provide a parent or guardian’s details to ensure they validate the registration. Hoburne Ltd reserves the right to make contact with the competition entrant and / or their parent or guardian, to verify their identity, and to refuse entry to the competition if applicable.
Data security
Hoburne Ltd will store the personal details of competition entrants for identification purposes with regard to the competition only. Hoburne Ltd will not disclose those details to any other party and will not attempt to contact entrants except in the proper course of competition administration. When the competition closes, any details held by Hoburne Ltd will be destroyed. Only where the entrant has explicitly opted-in to the Hoburne Ltd mailing list will the company attempt to contact them for reasons other than the administration of the competition. All data is stored in a secure database and is only accessible by Hoburne administration staff.
Hoburne Ltd is a family friendly company and will reject photographs if they break the following guidelines:
- Pictures must be related to a Hoburne Holiday Park (eg. Shot on, in or around the Park or its holiday location)
- Pictures must not show nudity
- No aggressive, rude or dangerous behaviour
- You must have permission from any people (or their parent / guardian if they are under 18 years) in the shot if they can be easily identified
The Competition
The competition will run from 1st April 2008 to 31st October 2008. Judging will be by a panel of Hoburne administration staff.
The prizes are as shown on the prizes page of this website, however, the exact model and manufacturer may change depending on availability. Winners of the Weekend Breaks will be contacted to arrange their holiday, which is subject to availability.
No cash alternative to prizes will be offered. The judges' decision is final. Hoburne Staff are excluded from entering the competition.
